We've distilled our Agricole-style rum with aromatic lemons grown along the sun-drenched Amalfi Coast to pursue an unparalleled fresh taste. These citrusy flavors are fused with delicate earthy notes of cinchona bark, spicy Sarawak pepper and sarsaparilla root for a complex, spicy finish. Our ambitions have led us to pioneer unusual flavor combinations by distilling the finest blue eucalyptus leaves to create a balance between refreshing lemon and herbal aromas. In combination with the UVA Highlands black tea, the distinctive grassy citrus notes of our Mauritian rum produce a unique, light and minty unity.

Recipe
Amalfi Fizz
Pour 50ml of our Lemon & Leaf rum into a large wine glass and fill with plenty of ice. Top with tonic and garnish with lemon zest.
