PICON 'HENRI' BIÈRE DE ROULERS

In this gift box, three creations from Roeselare come together: 'Henri Elixir', the base for a Picon-Bière aperitif based on a recipe by Tim Boury, Rodenbach Grand Cru, and a design by Kristof Santy. Together, they resonate with the craftsmanship and imagination of Roeselare.

'Henri Elixir' strikes a balance between fruity bitters, refined spiciness, and floral notes of elderflower. Combined with Rodenbach Grand Cru, it creates a surprisingly elegant and harmonious aperitif where tradition, craftsmanship, and gastronomy meet.
