KOMBUCHA GINGER LIME | JARR X BOURY BOTTLED

Kombucha is a fermented tea and is brewed with water, a tea mix, sugar and a SCOBY (symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast). These ingredients ferment for two weeks in a warm environment. This creates a delicious, low-sugar drink full of antioxidants.

The kombucha that we have brewed in collaboration with JARR is ideal for tasting neat as an aperitif, but also serves as a basis for a cocktail. The spiciness of the ginger opens the flavor palette, while the refreshing citrus notes excite it. A beautiful balance to start the meal.
